Frequently Asked Questions

Here you can find answers to the most frequently asked questions about your stay in our apartments. 


How do I get to the apartments?

From Barcelona Prat Airport it will take you 30 minutes by taxi and between 1 hour or 1h30 by train or bus. From Girona´s Airport it will take you 2 hours by train or bus.


How much would that cost me?

Taxi from Barcelona Prat Airport: around 30-40€. Train or bus from Barcelona Prat Airport: around 3-6€.


Why should I call the office from the airport/railway station/bus station?

For organizing your check-in more effeclively, we should be aware about your arrival and have some time to get to the apartment to meet you up at the door. So, it is important to call us as soon as you arrived +34 934873293.


Are bed linens and towels provided?

Yes, towels and bed linens are included in all our apartments.


Is the kitchen fully equipped?

Yes it is, with all domestic appliances. Please, check the apartments description for more detailed information.


Is the final cleaning compulsory?

Yes, it is compulsory and its price is normally included to the total payment. Our professional cleaning service team always does everything to prepare the flat for your arrival and clean it after your check-out. The only thing we ask our clients is to collect all the visible garbage before the check-out and throw it away to leave the apartment in appropriate state. 


When can I check in?

The check-in time is 15.00 but we always try to do everything to prepare the apartment for your arrival. Please, send us the information about your arrival time in advance and we will check you in as soon as it's ready. 


What is the check-out hour?

The check-out time is 11 a.m. If you have a late flight and you would like to leave your luggage or check out a bit later, you must notify us in advance about it (in case it's impossible to leave the bags in the apartment, we provide the information about the lockers). 


Can I pay later?

It is obligatory to pay the rest of the ballance upon arrival (all information is sent to the client via email), otherwise we have a right to cancel or postpone the check-in. 


Why should I pay the tourist tax?

The tourist tax is a small fee which applies to any facility where tourists stay overnight and normally charged upon arrival. The tax came into force on 1 November 2012, meaning all those renting accommodation in Barcelona would need to pay 0.72 euro per person per night. The tax is taken only for the first 7 days of stay. Children under 16 are not charged. 


What is the refundable (security) deposit?

The deposit is an amount that is paid as a guarantee to cover damages or incidents that may occur during your stay in the apartment or room. This amount must be paid at the check in to the management of the company and is returned when your stay is over if there are no problems.


Can I make changes in my reservation?

For any changes, please contact our customer service. In case you need to modify the number of people staying in the apartment there may be changes in total price. Also, additional charges can be made if you request some extra nights. For more information, see the policy for changes in the Terms and Conditions.


When is my booking confirmed?

The booking is confirmed when we receive the booking payment and send you an e-mail confirmation.


Are the apartments adapted for handicapped?

Not all of our apartments are suitable for wheelchairs. Consult our customer service team if the apartment you’ve chosen is adapted for guests in wheelchairs. We can help you to find the best option for your booking.


Does the apartment have a crib or a high chair if I travel with a baby?

You can look up the description of the selected apartment. If you can’t find this option in the list of services, you need to notify us during the booking process and we leave the equipment in the apartment for your stay.


We arrive to the airport early in the morning. Can we check in the apartment before 15.00?

It depends on the situation. If there is another group leaving the apartment the same day, our cleaning service team needs time to prepare the flat for your stay. In this case, normally you can leave your luggage in the apartment and come back for check in at the time agreed. Please, contact our office in advance via e-mail or phone, so we could arrange your check in effectively.


Does the apartment look exactly like on photos?

The description and photographs shown are indicative and not contractual!  At the time of your arrival some details (like colors, furniture pieces) may be changed by the owner’s will or due to their worn-out state. However, the substantial features of the conditions agreed remain without alterations.
