The apartment has high ceilings, catalan tiles on the floor. The windows of the gallery are made with gaudinians style glasses worked in the well known "noucentisme catalan style" It's indeed a very comfortable place to stay while visiting Barcelona.
The apartment is quiet big with its more than 120 sqm. It has 1 double room and double sofa-bed in the gallery and 1 plus the king size sofa bed in living room. Its has terrace that you can use for having nice dinner or glass of wine. It has two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment is sited in the most elegant area of Barcelona, the Eixample, where everything all the social live is going on. In this are you will find all the best restaurants of the city, theaters, cafeterias and wonderful boulevards to promenade and do shopping in the most exclusive shops. Its few steps away from Pz Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia, old city, and Borne area.

Great place to stay for groups of 4 or more people with lot of space! Has all the equipment you can dream of. The metro is not far away (Tetuan) and a supermarket provides you with beer and more you could need. There are not so many restaurants around in this area.

Lina and her colleagues ensured our stay was very comfortable in the Sant Joan apartment. Everything was as Lina had said, and she was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. It was a stress-free experience, and we thank Lina for it! The apartment was sunny and bright and well furnished. Located very centrally, and a 15 minute walk to everything we wanted to see. Great restaurants and lots of fresh vegetable/fruit shops in the area. We will be back!
